Meet
We start by discussing your project, your goals, and your budget. We want to hear the ideas you’ve been thinking about for years and what your dream home looks like. After our conversation, we’ll provide a preliminary estimate so you can decide how you’d like to proceed.
Once the drawings are prepared and approved, we refine the estimate and develop a construction schedule that works for you.

Design
We handle the permit application and coordinate with the City or District to obtain the required approvals.

Permits
With permits approved, construction begins. You’ll receive regular updates and site walkthroughs so you can follow the progress and see your renovation come to life.

Construction
Our role is simple: build your renovation properly, efficiently, and without compromise. By working closely with skilled design professionals and focusing on construction excellence, we deliver renovations that are structurally sound, thoughtfully executed, and built to last.

We conduct a final walkthrough together, address any remaining items, and coordinate the final inspection to close out the permit. Then it’s time for you to fully enjoy your newly renovated home.

Completion
Your renovation includes a 2-year warranty because we stand behind our work. We’re also here to support the long-term health of your home—ask us about our ongoing maintenance programs designed to keep your home performing and looking its best for years to come.
